Student Support Coordinator Role

The role of a Student Support Coordinator is to provide a seamless student experience.

  • To facilitate university registration and issuance of degrees/transcripts/certificates.
  • To resolve students' queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • To offer assistance and services that enhance students' quality of life and align with the university's mission.
  • To assess service levels and submit proposals for improvement.
  • To achieve targets under university rules, regulations, and policies.
  • To develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department.
  • To report on matters related to the section's function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning yearly targets and driving initiatives that improve student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide one-window clearance facility to students.
  • To assist students in resolving their queries and requests.
  • To register students with the university and issue necessary documents.
  • To develop SOPs for the department and ensure compliance.
  • To report on progress and recommend areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with university systems and processes.

Working Hours: Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
