Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to help us drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and boost our brand presence both locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that meet company growth targets, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into clients.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company growth targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and distributors.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, buyer meetings, and industry events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the garment or textile industry. Strong understanding of the apparel market, especially knitted garments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and B2B sales channels.
