Job Opportunity

A prestigious and renowned smartphone brand seeks an experienced Brand Executive Director to lead its brand management efforts in Pakistan. As a key member of the HQ office, you will collaborate with the department manager of brand management to develop overall brand strategies, localize global brand strategies, and implement brand activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive brand strategies in Pakistan, aligning with global objectives.
  2. Select optimal media resources, celebrity endorsements, and co-branding initiatives to enhance brand presence.
  3. Work closely with the department manager to establish departmental structure and processes.
  4. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including media and business partners.
  5. Monitor, manage, and evaluate the execution of all brand activities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  6. Localize Visual & PR materials, providing expert opinions and advice to relevant colleagues.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, journalism, or related fields, with international experience preferred.

Language:
Native fluency in Mandarin or English is mandatory.

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of practical experience in marketing/branding, preferably with multinational corporations (MNCs).

Skills:
Excellent communication and cross-cultural coordination skills, with ability to work effectively in diverse environments.

Personality:
Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable individual with a passion for leadership and innovation.
