Job Overview

The Director of Brand Strategy will lead the development and execution of brand marketing plans to achieve business objectives. The role requires a focus on flawless execution, brand building, market monitoring, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all brands.
  • Collaborate with functional heads and teams to ensure prompt and flawless execution of brand marketing plans.
  • Work with sales and revenue teams to develop volume/revenue plans based on brands, initiatives, regions, and outlets.
  • Support the senior leadership team in finalizing the annual operating plan and lead strategic discussions on brand strategies.
  • Recommend and adapt marketing best practices from global and regional initiatives.
  • Oversee brand communication development, media planning, and research activities across all brands.
  • Develop capabilities of brand planning, creative, media buying, and research agencies to support brand marketing plans.
Qualifications

Advanced degree in Business Administration (preferable Marketing majors)

9-12 Years of experience
