Email Support Representative

Be Part of Our Customer Service Team

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient Email Support Representative to join our team. As an Email Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to Customer Queries: You will respond to customer emails in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that all queries are addressed within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Resolve Issues or Escalate When Needed: If a customer's issue cannot be resolved via email, you will escalate it to the relevant department or manager for further assistance.
  3. Maintain Service Quality and Product Knowledge: You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to ensure that you can provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  4. Work in Rotational/Flexible Shifts: You may be required to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that customer support is available at all times.
Requirements
  1. Flexible with Shift Timings: You must be able to work flexible shift timings, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  2. Prior Chat Support Experience is a Plus: While prior chat support experience is not essential, it is desirable as it demonstrates your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Qualification and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal): Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Flexible with Shifts: The ability to work flexible shift timings is a must.
