Job Description

As a Jr. Customer Support Executive, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and providing timely and courteous responses via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Gaining knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service principles.
