We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in collaborating with the Business Development team to identify and refine our target audience.

This position requires a high level of collaboration and communication skills to effectively interact with potential clients. You should have strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform and Upwork features, as well as algorithms.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in Upwork, B2B sales, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is also preferred.

Apart from technical skills, we value excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as they are essential for building long-term relationships with clients.

You will be responsible for creating and managing profiles, ensuring they are optimized for visibility and engagement, monitoring and responding to client inquiries and proposals, developing and executing strategies to improve profile ratings and feedback, identifying potential clients and opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms, drafting, submitting, and negotiating proposals, tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, conducting market research, providing insights and recommendations, maintaining accurate records, and preparing regular reports.
