Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead client onboarding, strategy development, and project management for our clients using HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding & Strategy Development
    • Develop strategic plans based on client goals, personas, and buyer journeys
    • Participate in sales calls to demonstrate HubSpot capabilities and map tailored solutions for prospects
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from pre-sale to execution
  • Project Management & Execution
    • Assign tasks and manage cross-functional collaboration
    • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard
    • Support internal implementation team with clear documentation and strategic input
  • Client Communication & Reporting
    • Hold regular progress meetings with clients to review performance and discuss strategic direction
    • Clearly communicate client feedback and insights to internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot
  • Understanding of buyer personas, SEO, and keyword strategies
  • Previous experience in client success, project management, or digital strategy roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
