Business Development Associate

We are a rapidly growing organization that connects clients with exceptional talent and brilliant candidates with exciting roles. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales approaches.

  1. Cultivate business opportunities through cold/warm calling and build strong client relationships.
  2. Execute daily outbound calls and customized emails using sales enablement tools.
  3. Book face-to-face client meetings with key decision-makers.
  4. Plan and execute a strategic sales approach to build an active book of business.
  5. Provide clients with high-quality candidates that meet their needs and requirements.
  6. Meet and exceed sales and recruiting activity metrics on a weekly basis.
  7. Follow up with clients to confirm that their needs and supplied candidates are meeting expectations.
  8. Prospect quality contacts and accounts aligned for using our platform and create amazing first impressions with potential customers.
  9. Maintain first point of contact for potential clients while executing marketing and sales tactics.
  10. Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads and collect market data before and during customer outreach.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS – SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  1. Ability to work with various divisions and encourage cooperation.
  2. Identify and resolve issues in an ideal way.
  3. Excellent PC abilities alongside oral and written relational abilities.
  4. Proven competitor sourcing and relationship building abilities.
  5. Basic knowledge of work laws.
  6. Experience with recruitment for various types of profiles.
  7. Skills in record keeping and database management.
