We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Strategist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns that drive results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices, as well as experience with email marketing software and tools. You will be responsible for creating and sending targeted email campaigns to our subscribers, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our design and product teams to develop visually appealing and engaging email campaigns that align with our brand's messaging and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
  • Develop and maintain email lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with anti-spam laws
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and metrics, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and content
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in email marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in an eCommerce environment
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization techniques
  • Certifications from HubSpot or Google, in Google Analytics, Excel, and A/B testing tools
  • Solid understanding of customer journey and lifecycle email strategies
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SMS marketing integration
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
