About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead our production unit and drive process improvements.

    5. Empower a culture of organization and quality improvement by promoting workplace organization and encouraging employee engagement.
    6. Apply lean techniques to minimize downtime and optimize production changeovers, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
