We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our IT infrastructure.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Additionally, they will oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources, monitoring performance and managing security settings to ensure scalability and availability of cloud services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
  2. Azure Administration: Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources.
  3. Identity and Access Management: Implement and manage Entra services to provide secure access management.
  4. System Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
  5. Software Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and update software and operating systems on servers and workstations.
  6. Network Management: Manage network services, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  7. Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect data, systems, and networks from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  8. Backup and Recovery: Develop and manage backup strategies and recovery plans.
  9. User Support: Provide technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
  10. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
