We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in Active Directory management, firewall configuration, web server administration, PC support, and helpdesk services. They should also be familiar with AWS infrastructure management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory and associated services.
  • Configure and manage firewalls to ensure network security.
  • Administer web servers and ensure their optimal performance.
  • Provide PC support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Manage helpdesk services and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage AWS cloud solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, firewall management, and web server administration is necessary.
  • Experience with PC support and helpdesk services is also required.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure management is highly valued.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial.
