Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and maintain our LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and security.

  • Implement network policies and procedures to maintain operational effectiveness.
  • Deploy and manage updates using WSUS (Windows Server Update Services).
  • Use SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for centralized software distribution, patch management, and compliance enforcement.
  • Configure and manage Intune for mobile device management and cloud-based endpoint administration.
  • Automate the setup and configuration of laptops and desktops within the organization.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Monitor server health, logs, and capacity planning. Assess hardware and software needs for departments.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and assist in purchasing IT equipment like servers, switches, laptops, firewalls, and accessories.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure timely installation and support of procured devices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Prior banking experience is mandatory.
