Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Affiliate and Community Manager to spearhead our affiliate network expansion in South Asia.

This role will involve building strong relationships with affiliates, crafting promotional campaigns to drive ROI, and fostering an interactive community environment across various platforms.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • KOL Management: Establishing and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to expand our affiliate network.
  • Affiliate Onboarding: Ensuring seamless integration of new affiliates through negotiations, onboarding processes, and necessary paperwork.
  • Communication: Maintaining consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyzing affiliate performance data to provide actionable recommendations for enhanced effectiveness.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Developing and implementing promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI.
Community Management

The Affiliate and Community Manager will:

  • Engage with the South Asian community across various platforms, fostering an interactive environment and assisting community members with their inquiries.
  • Plan and execute community events, including meetups, webinars, and AMA sessions.
  • Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams, informing product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech space.
  • A strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage a diverse community.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
