Key Account Community Development Specialist

This is a pivotal role that encompasses the strategic development and management of affiliate programs, as well as community engagement for the South Asian region.

  • Proactively identify and establish partnerships with key influencers (KOLs) to expand our affiliate network.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring seamless paperwork and communication.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with affiliates to foster strong relationships and drive mutual growth.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize program effectiveness.
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns aimed at maximizing return on investment.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably within the fintech or crypto industry.

They should demonstrate a thorough understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the fintech landscape. A business development background is highly desirable.

Apart from these requirements, the successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
