Customer Care Representative Position

Job Overview:

  • This role requires strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing support to resolve any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, either in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Providing product information: Offer detailed information about available properties, pricing, and other relevant details to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Scheduling appointments: Coordinate property viewings and appointments between clients and the team. Ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and that clients receive timely reminders.
  • Documenting client interactions: Record all client interactions, including correspondence, conversations, and meetings. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and properly filed.
  • Following up with clients: Regularly follow up with clients to gather feedback and address any additional questions or concerns they may have. Maintain ongoing communication to nurture client relationships and provide ongoing support.
  • General administrative tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.
