Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to spearhead the planning and execution of high-impact projects. This individual will be responsible for driving project success by managing cross-functional teams, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are also essential to convey project tasks across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and release deadlines.
  • Collaborate with development teams to create detailed product feature tickets.
  • Establish and track project timelines, coordinating with development, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Promote new feature ideas to senior leadership, aligning with company vision and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with Account Managers on end-user guides and support documentation.
  • Identify areas for skill development within the team and provide training and coaching opportunities.
  • Assist with hiring and interview coordination for product development and engineering teams.
  • Advocate for customers throughout the product design and development process.
Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with development teams, and meet project deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools like Jira.
  • High-level understanding of software development timelines and releases.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to convey project tasks across multiple teams.
  • Fluency in English and excellent vocabulary required (oral and written).
  • Ability to work with remote team members in different time zones.
