About the Role:

Zervv is looking for an organized and proactive
Project Manager
to lead projects from initiation to completion, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless delivery of services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee projects from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between teams.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Document project status, deliverables, and feedback clearly and consistently.
  • Proactively identify challenges, propose solutions, and keep workflows efficient.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance team performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Prior experience in project management or coordination is preferred.
  • Laptop/PC
