We are seeking a highly skilled CX Lead (Client Experience and Conduct) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing mobile banking app interfaces to provide an intuitive user experience.

You will work closely with digital teams to refine customer journeys, ensuring clear and effective messaging across all customer touchpoints. Additionally, you will leverage data to improve CX and address customer pain points through Voice of Customer (VoC) insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CX principles and methodologies, proficiency in English & Urdu, and experience with user testing & research methods.

Key Responsibilities:
