The Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join its team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will work closely with the Digital Transformation Office to prioritize, plan, and execute project development schedules.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of project plans, collaborating with team members to assign tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Additionally, you will help organize and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items.

The role also involves facilitating effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and the Project Manager, maintaining project documentation, contracts, agreements, and relevant records, monitoring project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation in coordination with the Project Manager, identifying potential risks, and developing risk mitigation strategies.

You will also support quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards, assist in managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors, and prepare regular progress reports for the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
