Job Title: Operations Manager
Job DescriptionAs an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. Key responsibilities include managing office operations, scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and supplies. You will maintain company records, regulatory documents, and SOPs in an organized manner.
You will coordinate with departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Additionally, you will assist in handling procurement, vendor management, and inventory records. Timely submission of reports, regulatory filings, and audits is also crucial.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional support to the team.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Strong documentation and record-keeping skills are also necessary.
A good understanding of office and administrative procedures is vital. Comfortable using computers and office equipment, you should be able to adapt quickly to new systems and software.
