Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Trucking Dispatch and Telemarketing Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our US Based Trucking Campaign.

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with carriers, negotiate rates and delivery timelines, and onboard new carriers to our network. You will also be responsible for loading trucks, managing schedules and routes, submitting invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using computer applications, and possess a deep understanding of the trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effective Communication: Develop strong relationships with carriers through clear and concise communication.
  2. Sourcing Carriers: Identify and engage with potential carriers to expand our network.
  3. Making Outbound Calls: Regularly contact carriers to negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
  4. Loading Trucks: Ensure timely loading of trucks to meet customer demands.
  5. Managing Schedules and Routes: Plan and manage driver schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
  6. Submitting Invoices: Accurately submit invoices to customers and track payments.
  7. Maintaining Records: Keep detailed records of carrier interactions, shipments, and financial transactions.
  8. Negotiating Rates and Delivery Timelines: Collaborate with carriers to agree on rates and delivery times that meet customer expectations.
  9. Proficiency in Computer Applications: Utilize software to manage schedules, track shipments, and maintain records.
  10. Knowledge of US Based Trucking Campaign: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Dispatching (Preferred)
  • Spoken English: Fluency in spoken English is essential for effective communication with carriers.
