We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Office Administrator to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to problem-solve.
Key Accountabilities- Support Services: Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations of the office.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of imports and exports, including documentation and paperwork.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to capture these opportunities, and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as organization, communication, and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
