Job Title: Partnership Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to work closely with our Partnerships Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing operational support, campaign coordination, communication and relationship management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable using CRM software, project management tools, and productivity tools. Additionally, they should have analytical thinking skills, collaboration experience, and attention to detail.

In this role, you will focus on assisting in the operational aspects of managing communications, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of partnership initiatives. You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager to provide support and guidance in various areas. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills, learn new technologies, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Assist the Partnerships Manager in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, data entry, meeting coordination, and follow-up on action items.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end partnership campaigns, including planning timelines, gathering materials, and monitoring progress against objectives.
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day partner inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate partnership records, contracts, and other documentation in CRM or project management tools.
