We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Sales Professional.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluating customer needs.
- Develop new business leads through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
- Establish strong relationships with potential clients, listen to their requirements, and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services.
- Regularly review and analyze sales and financial data to inform business decisions.
- Ensure timely availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals while effectively handling customer complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive results and improve processes.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales professional or equivalent role.
- Excellent proficiency in English language.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Able to learn quickly and demonstrate passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Effective presentation skills.
