Key Role: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee our manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions and quality control measures to maintain high standards in our snack manufacturing operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality inspections, testing results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Training: Provide expert training to manufacturing staff on quality standards, best practices, and industry regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate closely with production and management teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry, with a proven track record of improving quality metrics and reducing defects.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of quality control methodologies and industry regulations.
