About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SQA Analyst to join our team. This individual will have hands-on experience and expertise in manual testing and good programming knowledge, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of releases by performing manual and automation testing.

The successful candidate will be part of a resource-center team and extend the division-based R&D department.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior QA Analyst to work on troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring high-quality web applications and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high-quality web applications and services using quality assurance best practices to execute functional and regression testing.
  • Delivering reliable and quality solutions.
  • Ensuring the application meets all necessary security and compliance requirements.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting to resolve production issues and discovered bugs.
  • Collaborating with a scrum team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in quality assurance, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior QA role.
  • Strong understanding of web development testing practices and technologies.
  • Experience with MS SQL database, SQL, data validation, test data generation, and management.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and direct participation in refinement/planning.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or cloud-native applications.
  • Experience with implementing and maintaining automated testing solutions.
  • Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with source control processes such as Git.
