Senior Pipeline Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization in the capacity of Senior Piping Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of piping codes and standards, as well as best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and finalize piping related deliverables, including plot plans, piping layouts, isometrics, design basis, material specifications, and MTO/BOQs.
  2. Prepare data sheets for valves and special items.
  3. Develop tie-in procedures, critical line lists, tie-in schedules, and tie-in sketches.
  4. Perform and review pipe stress calculations.
  5. Assist in identifying critical lines requiring pipe stress analysis and review the line list to ensure adequate criticality is defined.
  6. Have experience in performing stress analysis for various systems, such as metallic, FRP/HDPE piping, and cryogenic piping.
  7. Prepare detailed drawings and schedules for pipe supports.
  8. Support procurement activities, including preparing data sheets, MRs, TBEs, and vendor doc reviews.
  9. Participate in project kick-off meetings, design reviews, and other key project milestones.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
  • 8-10 years of experience in FEED and detail engineering in the oil and gas sector.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
