Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

This position oversees the recruitment lifecycle for multiple functions within an Islamabad office. The successful candidate will possess expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, as well as building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifications
  • Develop and manage job listings on relevant platforms
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication throughout the process
  • Facilitate offer roll-outs and ensure smooth handover to HR for onboarding
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and high-priority roles
  • Engage with passive candidates and nurture long-term professional relationships
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track progress for reporting purposes

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

  • Execute hiring plans aligned with company growth and departmental needs
  • Regularly report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire)
  • Propose and implement improvements in sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
  • Conduct market research on salary benchmarks and local talent availability
  • Represent the organization professionally in all candidate interactions
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experiences across all touchpoints
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing background across multiple functions: Finance, IT, HR, Admin, Sales
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and leading ATS platforms
  • Familiarity with recruitment in real estate or construction industries is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strategic mindset with execution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local recruitment trends and employment practices
