Travel Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced travel consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have full command of various GDS systems, including Sabre and Amadeus, with at least 8 years of experience in airline booking, Hajj and Umrah sales, and customer service skills.

This is a rare opportunity for career advancement, offering the chance to work with a leading IATA travel agency specializing in airline tickets and Umrah & Hajj packages.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company procedures for documentation, ticketing, refunds, exchanges, and reissues, as well as reconfirming reservations to guarantee accuracy at all levels.

Sales professionals with exceptional customer service skills will be successful in this role, selling airline tickets and Umrah/Hajj packages to clients.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of AMADEUS/SABRE system and travel agent experience.
  • Excellent faring, routing, ticketing, and hotel reservation skills.
  • An understanding of domestic/international airlines and routing.
  • An intimate knowledge of airline regulations and tariff structures.
  • The ability to analyze pricing options in multiple distribution channels.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivation and self-discipline.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Critical thinking under pressure, with a focus on providing the highest level of service.
