The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within a decided-upon timeline and scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives.
  • Create and manage cross-connect plans via JIRA, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to define requirements and manage timelines.
  • Engage with leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, providing critical information.
  • Communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, mitigation plans, and impacts to senior management and project teams. Align teams with business objectives, even under ambiguity and tight deadlines.
  • Self-directed management of cross-functional teams and projects.
Experience & Skills:
  • Experience leading global, multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of project and program management processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA.
  • Understanding of Network engineering or ISP technologies and projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation skills, and ability to drive complex challenges to closure.
  • Responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity.
  • Strong business acumen and technical understanding to communicate effectively across audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engagement with senior management.
  • Ability to host senior leaders and provide clear status updates.
  • Skilled in tailoring messages for different audiences.
  • Comfortable discussing technical matters with businesspeople and business matters with technical teams.
  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly to broader audiences.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive issues to resolution.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing through change and uncertainty.
  • Proven experience working with high-performing teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience managing projects from start to finish in complex environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-demand, rapidly changing settings.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and with high quality.
  • Comfortable communicating across all organizational levels.
