Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Account Director located in Karachi Division. The Associate Account Director will be responsible for overseeing account management, leading teams, driving sales, and managing projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing strategic plans for client accounts, ensuring effective communication between clients and the team, managing budgets, and overseeing the progress of projects to ensure they meet client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, and Project Management
  • Team Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the marketing and advertising industry is a plus
