Job Title: Project Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced project management professional to coordinate and implement best practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To establish procedures and workflows tailored to the organization's needs, ensuring successful implementation.
  • To collaborate with departmental heads and employees on task allocation and departmental objectives.
  • To ensure alignment of projects with the organization's strategic business objectives.
  • To design and execute project reporting structures, including templates and status update mechanisms.
  • To provide senior management with timely updates on project timelines, resource allocations, bottlenecks, and resolutions.
  • To actively participate in requirement gathering from new clients.
  • To ensure operational excellence and quality management within the PMO department.
  • To minimize performance hurdles through monitoring and control.
  • To create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • To identify necessary resources and assign individual responsibilities.
  • To manage day-to-day project operations and scope.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a pleasant demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team of developers and designers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take on tasks/problems with commitment.
  • Good understanding of database concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture and networking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and as an individual as required.
  • Positive and friendly attitude towards work, team, and organization.
  • Willingness to work under pressure with strict timelines.
