Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote our range of telecommunications products and services. Your expertise, professionalism, and dedication to exceeding customer expectations will make all the difference in achieving our sales targets.

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels to promote our telecommunications products and services.
  • Listen to customer needs, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products and services to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information using our CRM system. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
