Chief Technology Officer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee our company's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Technology Strategies: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and effectiveness of our systems.
• Technology Operations Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, and networks.
• Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Innovation and Improvement: Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance our company's productivity.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
• Data Management: Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to make strategic recommendations for our company.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with expertise in network administration, security systems, database management, etc.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Track Record: Proven track record in implementing successful technology strategies within a company.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning: Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning for IT projects.
