Project Director Position

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly effective individual with a sharp eye for detail and a focus on improving business performance through exceptional campaign execution, reporting, and evaluation. They must have experience in the US market and industry, along with excellent communication skills.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering existing projects and sales campaigns, as well as creating new content to drive business growth. You will also lead generation efforts to client conversion, utilizing your persuasion and prospecting skills to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid on Upwork (Odesk and Elance) projects and create RFPs according to project specifications.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Network and build relationships with clients to increase business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet business objectives.
