Job Summary
  • This role involves sourcing candidates as directed by our Recruitment Consultants, using various methods including headhunting from our in-house database and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and other websites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing applications, considering candidates and shortlisting them;
  • Identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs;
  • Using marketing and business knowledge to extend our professional network;
  • Maintaining current records and personal statistics for review against targets;
  • Working closely with the recruitment consultants.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree educated or relevant work experience/skills;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels;
  • Professional and confident manner;
  • Self-motivated, a confident and proactive nature with drive and determination to succeed;
  • Target driven with a positive attitude;
