Job Brief – Senior Recruiter
Compensation Starts at $1,600/month
Our client is a leading workforce management and staffing solutions company that partners with businesses across various industries. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll engage with diverse challenges while advancing your industry expertise.
Position Overview
This role focuses on the strategic delivery of non-IT contingent labor to National Accounts across various industries and geographies. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing recruitment, retention, and order fulfillment strategies; providing comprehensive reporting; and serving as the primary liaison between candidates, clients, and partners. You will oversee daily operations including job order fulfillment, contract compliance, relationship building, and service strategies.
Description of Essential Duties and Functions
- Implement best recruiting practices to ensure 100% job order fulfillment using all available tools and resources.
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates.
- Manage activities related to candidate inventory and passive networks.
- Meet KPIs as required by internal and client standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all assigned clients and accounts.
- Support positive candidate relationships and resolve queries and grievances.
- Document all fulfillment activities accurately and communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
- Research and reconcile timesheet discrepancies for payroll accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Support training and development of other recruiters.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Experience recruiting in the US market.
- Effective volume and specialized recruitment skills.
- Decisive, independent, and confident in candidate evaluation.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to prioritize tasks without compromising quality.
- Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel, ATS, and VMS.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably 2+ years supporting MSP/VMS programs.
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates across Pakistan.
