Operations Manager Travel and Tour

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to fill this key role within our organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of customer service across all delivery systems.

  • Packages Design: Develop and implement local & international travel and tour packages that meet customer needs.
  • Financial Planning: Create financial plans to ensure stability and growth.
  • Team Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team of Branch Operations.
  • Sales Goal Setting: Set operational sales goals for branches to drive business growth.
  • Staff Guidance: Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to staff members to enhance their performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Communicate changes in regulations, bank policy, and procedures to staff members.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all operations within the organization to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in a well-known and reputed Travel & Tour firm is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent communication and verbal skills.
  • Good command of spoken English.
