About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and controlling project costs, time, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and control project costs, time, and quality.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including negotiations with contractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
  • Analyze market rates and bid prices for required work.
  • Schedule, plan, and implement projects based on established deadlines.
  • Interpret and analyze soil investigation reports.
  • Implement safety measures during construction as per applicable rules.
  • Knowledge of quantity surveying to formulate BOQs and verify bills.
  • Visit construction sites for supervision and reporting to HOD.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project completion.

Qualifications, Age, and Experience:

  • B.E / M.E (Civil, Construction Management) with minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in construction/civil/project management.
  • Hands-on experience in site supervision, generating BOQ, analysis, and estimation of quotations, and leading teams.
  • Maximum 38 years of age.
