Tech Support Specialist - Renewable Energy

This role focuses on providing technical support to our partners and customers, ensuring they have confidence in our solutions and products.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct workshops and trainings to enhance partners' and customers' technical expertise;
  2. Organize online webinars and trainings to educate partners and customers;
  3. Support sales teams in project specification development and customer visits;
  4. Design and implement project simulations and designs for customers;
  5. Create engaging portfolio and product presentations;
  6. Develop and maintain SOP documents and videos about product features;
  7. Participate in exhibitions and PV trade shows;
  8. Deliver lectures and presentations on PV Forums and events;
  9. Provide training to internal staff and partners;
  10. Collaborate with HQ teams to understand and communicate product features to local staff, partners, and customers;
  11. Support marketing team in establishing promotion networks and creating content;
  12. Collect market demands from the Pakistan market;
  13. Analyze market demands and suggest new products and features;
  14. Gather and analyze competitor information;
  15. Provide feedback on local regulations.

Required Skills:

  1. Advanced English language skills;
  2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Photovoltaics, or Renewable Energy;
  3. Advanced knowledge of PV Inverters;
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVSyst;
  5. Strong command of MS Office and other PV software;
  6. Networked in the renewable energy sector, particularly in Solar PV;
  7. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing skills;
  8. Effective teaching and communication skills.

  • Strong connections in the Pakistan PV market;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to travel for business purposes.
