As a Territory Sales Supervisor, you will have a wide range of responsibilities that include learning the company's values, business, and products, as well as the Regional Operating Model and market dynamics. You will also visit the market daily to conduct spot checks and retail audits, manage assigned franchises, build relationships with retailers and franchise owners, and develop a deep understanding of the retail and distribution network. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, increase penetration of the business in assigned areas, meet assigned targets, strengthen and develop the channel, and ensure optimal utilization of trade marketing spend. Additionally, you will work on territory integrity and infringement control, continuously review and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), and be proactive and creative in bringing forward new ideas and processes to benefit the team.
