Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Fundraising professional to lead our global digital fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital product management and a passion for technology.

  • To maintain a robust digital infrastructure for our global website and Peer-to-Peer fundraising platform, ensuring a strong web presence.
  • To develop a comprehensive roadmap for our digital journey over the next five years, devising strategies for fundraising via website, email, search, display, paid social, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct research and gather insights on global markets to devise strategies tailored to the unique requirements of each market.
  • To lead the website innovation process, ensuring new features and enhancements meet branding, usability, and global fundraising objectives.
  • To play a key role in budgeting and forecasting for the global digital fundraising effort, making investment cases for new activities and growth.
  • To manage the effective and timely execution of digital fundraising campaigns and projects from start to finish.
  • To serve as team lead for standard and special digital marketing campaigns, assisting with special events and corporate partnerships.
  • To manage relationships with web developers, videographers, graphic designers, and photographers.
  • To apply a strategic data-driven approach to provide context and insight for digital reporting, covering specific campaigns and overall performance.
  • To work closely with the fundraising, product, and communication teams to ensure online and offline fundraising products and campaigns are integrated.
  • To monitor and analyze new market trends and study competitors' products and services.
  • To take lead responsibility for the operational running of the digital fundraising effort, including managing and developing the Digital Operations team.
