This role plays a vital part in supporting the acquisition team by screening candidates, managing acquisition platforms, and building a talent pipeline. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate candidate records and leveraging data-driven strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and assess candidate profiles from job boards and Greenhouse against job requirements, selecting suitable candidates for the pipeline.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates across various sourcing channels.
Talent Pipeline Development
  • Establish strong relationships with potential candidates for future roles, fostering a network of qualified talent.
  • Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of qualified talent to meet business needs.
  • Evaluate applicant qualifications against job requirements, ensuring detailed and accurate records are maintained in Greenhouse.
  • Maintain compliance with privacy and data protection regulations when managing candidate data.
  • Regularly report on key recruitment metrics to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR-related functions.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse), and sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, enabling effective task management in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to talent sourcing and pipeline management is essential.
