We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for multiple functions within our Islamabad office. This role demands expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, as well as building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Create and post job listings on relevant platforms
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our company culture
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication throughout the process
  • Ensure smooth handover of new hires to HR for onboarding
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and high-priority roles
  • Engage with passive candidates and nurture long-term professional relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates in our ATS and track progress for reporting purposes
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with our company's growth and departmental needs
  • Regularly report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire)
  • Propose and implement improvements in sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
  • Conduct market research on salary benchmarks and local talent availability
  • Represent us professionally in all candidate interactions
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing background across multiple functions: Finance, IT, HR, Admin, Sales
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and leading ATS platforms
  • Familiarity with recruitment in real estate or construction industries is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strategic mindset with execution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local recruitment trends and employment practices
