Proposal Writer Position

This role involves drafting, editing, and submitting high-quality business proposals in response to RFPs across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for proposal submission.
  • Develop proposal outlines and manage timelines in collaboration with Proposal Managers.
  • Write, edit, and compile proposal content, including executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP criteria, including content, formatting, length, and layout requirements.
Requirements:
  • A degree in English language & Literature is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience with government proposals and/or technical proposals is a plus.
  • Prior experience bidding on freelance marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills are essential.
  • Strong research abilities and understanding of RFP sourcing and evaluation are necessary.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and work independently under pressure is crucial.
