  • We are seeking an accomplished Proposal Writer to research, draft, edit, and submit high-quality business proposals and bids in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) across various platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of business writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Research and analyze current and future markets to identify new opportunities.
  • Respond to RFPs and business proposals (Bids), ensuring compliance with all submission requirements.
  • Develop proposal outlines and manage proposal timelines in collaboration with Proposal Managers.
  • Write, edit, and compile proposal content, including executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP criteria (content, formatting, length, layout).
  • Maintain quality using templates and consistent proposal-writing standards.
  • Organize and update all related proposal documentation.
  • Track and maintain a log of submitted bids and their outcomes.
  • Continuously refine and improve proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.

  • Must have a degree in English language and literature.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience with government proposals and/or technical proposals is a plus.
  • Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong research abilities and understanding of RFP sourcing and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
