Product Manager Role

As the Product Lead, you will collaborate with co-founders, technical, and business teams to turn feedback and ideas into features and improvements for our platform. You will help shape our product roadmap, identify gaps, leverage customer feedback, scope features, and drive UI/UX design. You will be the first full-time Product person in a fast-growing, early-stage startup, directly impacting our clients' delivery operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership, development, and customer-facing teams to build the product roadmap, develop features, and launch products.
  • Lead the scoping, design, testing, validation, and launch of product features.
  • Envision customer needs and shape the product roadmap accordingly.
  • Plan product releases and set expectations for new functionalities.
  • Act as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
  • Support the Sales team with training, customer demos, and sales tools.
  • Implement features and run A/B tests to support growth initiatives.
  • Analyze product usage data to identify improvements.
  • Stay updated on product best practices like agile, scrum, lean startup, and JTBD, and apply them to build a scalable product organization.
  • Become an expert on competitors' products and market positioning.
  • Contribute to defining and achieving Product Market Fit (PMF).
  • Help provide the best experience for our customers.
