About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with 8-12 years of experience in software development, cloud platforms, data engineering, and generative AI. The ideal candidate is a strong generalist who has worked across multiple business domains, designed end-to-end solutions, and led successful project deliveries.

This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on engaging with high-value prospects, leading technical discoveries, recommending solution architectures, and assembling the right teams to execute.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand business objectives and constraints.
  2. Design high-level solution architectures and recommend suitable technology stacks.
  3. Provide early technical guidance, including approach, feasibility, and scope.
  4. Recommend team structure and skills required for successful delivery.
  5. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to shape proposals and SOWs.
  6. Stay current with trends in software engineering, data platforms, and generative AI.

Requirements

  1. 8-12 years of experience in software development and architecture.
  2. Proven track record of delivering projects across diverse business domains.
  3. Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architecture patterns.
  4. Exposure to data engineering tools and workflows (e.g., ETL pipelines, data lakes, warehousing).
  5. Familiarity with generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, etc.).
  6. Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
  7. Prior experience in technical consulting or solution engineering is a plus.
